1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only under these conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for non-defective returns, if applicable).

2. Return Window

Customers must request a return within 7-14 days of receiving the product.

Returned Orders will be picked within 2-3 days, after the receiving the return request.

After the return period expires, we cannot process returns or refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products without original packaging.

Items purchased under discounts or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method to our return address.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and verify the returned product and it will be credited within 7-9 business days to the original payment source.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
